This software will push your internet connection to its fullest, and detect any throttle activity by your ISP. Many times your ISP may shut off your connection for up to ten minutes in the middle of a download. This can cause considerable problems if your down loading a large file such as the FCC database. Imagine making a call to 911 on an internet phone and your ISP shuts you off at the beginning of the call. Don't think they will? Think again this software will tell you if it is likely to happen.
