Q. Homes.com and Realtor.com are always higher on the search engines, how can an IDX solution help me?A. You are correct, and that is because realtors such as yourself have placed links on your page to theirs, making them more popular and giving away the very few customers you have to an internet giant that has no intention of helping you make a sale. Just think about it, your customers are receiving popups, unwanted ads from unknown mortgage companies and other realtors, and you're paying for it. If the service you use places you in a pool of hundreds of other realtors, you have no referral. Your name is lost in a crowd with others. Q. Can this also happen at alladds.com? A. No. Alladds.com will not service any information to any system that was not referred by your site. All listings or (browse for listings) are initiated by your own website with posting information specific to your realtor and office id. We have no intention to advertise for anybody, or litter the listings with non realestate information. It is not the intention of Alladds.com to beat out placement on search engines above any Realtor.

A. Yes. Tag information will be made available to your programmer/consultant. All pages will be reviewed before posting to the engine, as long as they follow the rules of the IDX Broker service they will be accepted. Q. Will an IDX solution bring more customers to my site? A. I can't promise this solution will bring more, but I can promise it will help keep the ones you have. Word of mouth can slowly bring more users to your site. Q. What can I do to increase the use of my own site? A. Place your website address in all your advertisings, on your business cards and your business vehicle. Q. What do you mean by dial-up-friendly? A. A dial-up user will access the web by means of a modem, with speeds no more than 56k and at average 26k. At this speed users will not access sites that contain Flash™ or large images. Many services send back the photos as the complete 100 to 500 kilobyte image only to be displayed in a small area. This is time consuming and can frustrate the user. The Alladds.com search engine will reduce then compress the image to fit the exact size the web page asks for. If the user clicks the image in the listing, the search service will then send the user the full image un-compressed with all its brilliance. Most of the color and display scheme in the listing uses HTML and CSS tag information. This further reduces the transfer rate between the user and search engine. Q. Q. I don't have a website, can I host my site at Alladds.com? A. Yes Alladds.com is now a full hosting site for realtors. Q. Where else can I host my site? A. Any hosting service available on the internet that will allow you to personalize your site and have a unique URL. Q. My hosting site has limited bandwith, will this be a problem? A. In most cases no, the listing information is serviced by the Alladds.com search engine. If any graphics are added to the listing or browse pages, they are hosted at your site. But in most cases those graphics will cache on the users machine. Constant browsing of listings performed by the user are handled by the IDX service engine.
