When signing up with All Adds IDX Service you must do the following:
1. Receive permission from your Real Estate Broker to obtain your own personal Search Page.
Form for Broker in PDF format that allows permission for Realtors to use the Broker Reciprocity Agreement.
Print and Complete the Information and Signature portions only.
2. Complete the All Adds Sign Up Form:
Form for Realtor in PDF format that designates your URL's, Your Name, Phone Numbers, Website Colors,
Desired Payment Schedule, etc., (This is not a contract and you may cancel at any time).
3. Send all completed forms along with payment to:
All Adds.com

When all completed forms are received we will notify you by email and your search page will be activated. You will be billed according to your chosen schedule in the form of E-Statements, (we do not send out paper bills). If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
